The shibu (branch) in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, is a dōkōkai of the Hokushin Ittō-ryū Hyōhō. A dōkōkai is a study group which is led by a kirigami ranked kaichō (head of the group) who got permission to take on students for the school and show them the basics of the school.
